Pomegranate provides a healthy doze of Vitamin A, E and C and it also has excellent antioxidant qualities. Its juice is usually taken as a refreshing drink.

Unknown to many, the juice of a pomegranate has a blood-thinner quality which improves the blood circulation to the heart for those who takes it regularly.
